Easy Deviled Eggs Recipe

Collect compliments with these easy deviled eggs. The refinements to this family classic favorite turn them into an always-appreciated appetizer. Preparing these tasty snacks ahead of time and cooling in the refrigerator makes them a hassle-free serving on party day.

Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup of mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

Directions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out yolks and set aside.
  3. Mash yolks with fork or sift until fine.
  4. Combine with Mayonaise, mustard, salt, curry and cayenne until well mixed
  5. Spoon mixture into food storage bag.
  6. Snip hole in corner of bag and pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves
  7. Eat one right away
  8. Put the rest on a plate and seal with saran wrap.
  9. Put in refrigerator to get cold and well rested
  10. In exactly one minute, open up the refrigerator and grab one more deviled egg to munch on...you deserve it!
